Indications/Uses: Vaginal candidiasis: 150 mg single dose, dermatophytosis :150 mg once weekly for 4-6 weeks, onychomycosis: 150 mg once weekly. systemic candidiasis and cryptococcal meningitis: 400 mg as initial dose followed by 200 mg daily

Side Effects: Git: nausea, vomiting, flatulence or diarrhoea. others: headache, dizziness, leucopenia, thrombocytopenia, skin reactions and raised liver enzymes.
