Precautions : Cephalosporin hypersensitivity.

Indications/Uses: Respiratory and genitourinary tract infections, otitis media, skin and soft tissue infections; 250-500 tid, with or without food.

Interactions : Probenecid may inhibit excretion. absorption of cefaclor is reduced by antacids

Side Effects : Gastro-intestinal upset. skin rash. bronchospasm. hypotension. erythema multiforme. fever. arthralgia. anaphylaxis.
