Interactions : Decreased effect: barbiturates, anticholinergics. increased effect: chloroquine, propranolol.

Side Effects : Extrapyramidal reactions; parkinsonian symptoms, dystonia, tardive dyskinesia. hypotension. jaundice. arrhythmias. skin reactions.
