Precautions : Patients with uncontrolled hypertension or hypersensitivity to ergot derivatives. history of pulmonary, pericardial, cardiac valvular, or retroperitoneal fibrotic disorders.

Indications/Uses: Treatment of hyperprolactinemic disorders, either idiopathic or due to pituitary adenomas.

Interactions : Cabergoline should not be administered concurrently with d2-antagonists, such as phenothiazines, butyrophenones, thioxanthenes, or metoclopramide.

Side Effects : Nausea, constipation, abdominal pain, headache, dizziness,asthenia, fatigue,postural hypotension
