Indications/Uses: Nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor used in hiv infection, with other agents; 0.75mg tid.

Interactions : Increased effect: amphotericin, aminoglycosides & cisplatin (toxicity)

Side Effects : Peripheral neuropathy. pancreatitis. fever. hypersensitivity reactions. oral ulcers. dysphagia. anorexia. myalgia. arthralgia. weight loss.
