Interactions : Substrate of cyp3a3/4. inducers eg rifampicin decrease effect while inhibitors eg ketoconazole increase effect of saquinavir

Side Effects : Gastro-intestinal disturbances. weight loss. dizziness. drowsiness. hiccup. photophobia. depression. euphoria. rash.
