Precautions : Caution in renal, cardiovascular and hepatic disease. im or sc administration.

Indications/Uses: Acute gout 0.5 to 1mg every 2 hours to a max of 10 mg until relief is obtained.

Interactions : Increased toxicity with cns depressants, sympathomimetics.

Side Effects : Nausea. vomiting. diarrhoea. gastro-intestinal bleeding. rashes. alopecia.
