Precautions : History of depression. caution in impaired liver or kidney function. phaeochrmocytoma. porphyria.

Indications/Uses: Mild to moderate hypertension usually with a diuretic or beta-blocker; 250-500 upto tid with or without food.

Interactions : Anaesthetics.

Side Effects : Sedation. weakness. oedema. dry mouth. headache. bone marrow depression. myalgia. paraesthesia.
