Precautions : Severe anaemia.

Indications/Uses: All forms of leprosy 1-2mg/kg.

Interactions : Increased toxicity with folate antagonists such as methotrexate. increase levels with protease inhibitors.

Side Effects : Nausea. vomiting. allergic skin reactions. haemolysis. neuropathy. tachycardia. headache. insomnia.
