Indications/Uses: Parkinsonism, to alleviate the extrapyramidal syndrome induced by phenothiazines; 1-4 mg tid, with food.

Interactions : Increased toxicity of mao inhibitors, opioid analgesics.

Side Effects : Dry mouth. nausea. dizziness. blurred vision. tachycardia. urinary retention. gastro-intestinal upset.
