Precautions : Hypersensitivity. hepatic dysfunction. use of other drugs extensively metabolized by the hepatic cytochrome p450 system or inhibitors such as macrolides and azole antigungals.

Indications/Uses: Allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis, skin allergies; 10mg od, on empty stomach.

Interactions : Azole antifungals, erythromycin. antiarrhythmics.

Side Effects : Headache. sweating. gastro-intestinal upset. rashes. increased appetite and weight gain.
