Precautions : Gastrointestinal disorders associated with hypermotility or spasticity. hypervitaminosis. hypersensitivity.

Indications/Uses: Hypercholesterolemia 4g od or bd, mixed with water or fruit juice.

Interactions : Decreases absorption of oral digoxin, warfarin, thyroid hormones, thiazides, propranolol, nsaids, phenobarbital among other drugs.

Side Effects : Consipation. nausea. gastro-intestinal discomfort. bloatedness. headache.
