Interactions : Anion-exchange resins (eg cholesyramine) and antacids reduce absorption. high plasma levels of both acyclovir and mycophenolate in concomitant administration.

Side Effects : Gastro-intestinal upsets. pancreatitis. oedema. chest pain. dyspnoea. dizziness. insomnia. secondary infections; candida, cmv, herpes. blood disorders.
