Indications/Uses: An atypical antipyschotropic used in schizophrenia in patients who don't respond to classical agents.

Interactions : Increases the effect of mao inhibitors. higher risk of toxicity when used together with other bone marrow suppressants.

Side Effects : Reversible netropenia. agranulocytosis may be severe. extrapyramidal events. tachycardia. ordhostatic hypotension.
