Indications/Uses: With corticosteroids for prophylaxis and treatment of graft rejection; 14-18mg/kg.

Interactions : Substrate of cyp3a3/4. inducers eg rifampicin decrease effect while inhibitors eg ketoconazole increase effect of saquinavir

Side Effects : Raised serum creatinine and urea. fatigue. gingival hypertrophy. gastro-intestinal upset. burning sensation . renal toxicity. hypertension. hirsutism. tremor.
